We understand that many volunteers have full time employment or personal commitments, we do our best to be flexible but you will need to manage your time to ensure that victims are contacted in a timely manner.

Our volunteers are required to support victims face to face or by phone and you will need to provide written updates via email. If you lack confidence in this area, this may be something we can support you with during training.

As a volunteer you will be providing support to vulnerable victims, reliability is a key skill to ensure that they receive a high quality service.
We need volunteers to be available when they say that they will make contact or meet a victim. We also need you to keep us updated with case progression and to follow our policies and procedures.
